Twice a month you’ll meet with one of our coaches along with a small group of other business owners in a similar situation to yourself.

Over the course of the class program you will develop and refine your own systems for Marketing, sales, financial and operational/service delivery and Leadership/CEO development. You'll also build your confidence and competence in all key areas that affect your business results.

Plus, with our KPI reporting system, your K.P.I.’s (Key Performance Indicators) can be tracked to help keep you accountable to your goals and you'll discover new ways to overcome whatever is limiting your progress

* As an added bonus there are extra class sessions where we'll be bringing in subject matter experts to build your knowledge in different key business areas eg. branding, legal, sales etc.
