There are coaches for all facets of life. Sport, fitness, spiritual and well being, marriage and relationships, business, etc., - why not a business and personal development coach!
I have been in business via various entities for the past twelve years. My current business comprises of myself, as sole director and staff.
As the sole director:
• I am very much at the “coal face,” being involved in the day to day operation of my business;
• I don’t have access to the sounding boards or feedback, as is typically provided by business partners;
• Similarly, I don’t have that sense of accountability to business partners;
My initial interest was to source a business coach, to hone my skills and to improve my business. This may not have yielded results in want I want to achieve in life, but rather a fine tuned business. My business is but one component of my life and it is and should be the vehicle by which I strive to achieve my goals of family, travel and wealth.
The process of coaching is analogous to your “spring clean”, whereby you take out all of your wares for scrutiny, assess their worth, throw out the rubbish, and keep those items of usefulness and worth. You re-enter your home with a fresh, clean approach.
Coaching has taught me to:
• Step away from the “coalface” of my business and to take an overview of my current position;
• Focus on my life’s goals and the means by which my business is geared to achieve this;
• Gain an understanding that I need to work on my business rather than for my business;
It’s challenging, exciting and rewarding.
It is without hesitation then, that I endorse Be Business as your business and personal development coach.
