Are you struggling to gain referrals in a business that offers once-off services? Melanie Lee of ‘Beauty by MellyAngel’ sat down with John Hagerty and Joven Demonteverde of the Be Business ‘Ask the Strategist’ team to discuss how to do so.

Melanie is a make up artist that specialises in brides/bridal parties but is struggling to continue to receive new referrals as her business offers a one-time service. John and Joven provide her with the different business and marketing strategies that will assist her in gaining more referrals through previous clients
